Official Rules - No Purchase Necessary

1) How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Promotion begins January 12, 2010 and ends February 5, 2010. To enter, submit all required entry information on the promotion registration form. You may only enter this promotion online. No other method of entry will be accepted. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on February 5, 2010, to be eligible for the final drawing. All sweepstakes entries become the property of Stone Oak Web Design, Inc and may be used by Stone Oak Web Design, Inc for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity

2) Prize and Winner Selection: One Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing.
Prize Package: Winner Announced February 6, 2010 – Prize Package includes - 3-night stay provided by Volunteer Cabin Rentals and TWO tickets to Black Bear Jamboree and The Miracle Theater.

Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes will be awarded and winner will be notified by e-mail. Winners are required to respond to the e-mail notification within 72 hours. Winner will receive an email confirmation of their response. If winner is unreachable after 72 hours, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor and its Affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

3) Eligibility: US residents 21 Years of Age or Older as of January 10, 2010. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Stone Oak Web Design, Inc or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

4) Prize Terms and Conditions: Prize is subject to availability and restrictions. The Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, Stone Oak Web Design, Inc reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent or legal guardian of winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.

5) General Rules: Taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the winners. Return of e-mail prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection drawn. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Affiliates, its parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from this Promotion, any prize won or in any Promotion-related activity. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion. In its sole determination, Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Promotion or Web site, or who acts in violation of the Official Rules, or acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person. Should any portion of the Promotion, in Sponsor's sole opinion, be compromised by virus, software defects, non-authorized human intervention or other causes thus corrupting or impairing administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion, or submission of entries, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and randomly select winners from valid Internet entries received prior to such action.

6) Winners' List: Name of the winner will be available after the winner is announced February 6, 2010.
